At Arcane Antics, we want you to love what shows up at your door. If something went wrong on our end, we'll make it right. No saving throws required.

We cover refunds for

✓ Items sent incorrectly: Wrong design, wrong size, wrong item — that's on us, not on your perception check.

✓ Damaged or defective products: If it arrived looking like it failed a death save, we'll sort it out.

How to request a refund

Reach out within 30 days of purchase and we'll get things moving. Just send us your order number and a quick description of what went wrong — no need to write us an essay (unless you want to. We're not opposed to dramatic storytelling).
